Payment information

Payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not see, receive or store your full card number, expiry date or security code. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with your subscription status and billing history.

Pages you visit on our site and when

Account access records

When you sign in and view a report, we record your member ID, the time, the report accessed, your device type. We do this to detect account sharing, which our subscription terms do not permit.

Our site uses cookies. Some are necessary for the site to work — keeping you signed in, remembering your currency selection. Others help us understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling necessary cookies will stop parts of the site working.

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

We share personal information only with the service providers we need to run the business:

Wix — website hosting, member accounts, subscription management
Our payment providers — payment processing
Our email provider— sending service and marketing email

These providers process your information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We may also disclose personal information where the law requires it, or where necessary to protect our rights, our subscribers or the public.

WHERE YOUR INFORMATION IS STORED

Our service providers operate internationally, so your personal information may be stored or processed outside Australia, including in the United States and the European Union. Where information is transferred overseas we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with this policy and with Australian privacy law.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

Account information — while your account is open, and for a reasonable period afterwards
Payment and billing records — as long as tax and financial record-keeping law requires
Access logs — 12 months, then deleted
Marketing preferences — until you withdraw consent, plus a record that you did

SECURITY

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Our site uses encrypted connections, and account passwords are stored in encrypted form.

No system is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for not sharing your account.

YOUR RIGHTS

You can:

Access the personal information we hold about you
Correct it if it is wrong or out of date
Delete your account and ask us to delete your personal information, subject to records we must keep by law
Withdraw consent to marketing at any time
Complain if you think we have mishandled your personal information

CHILDREN

Our service is for adults. You must be 18 or older to subscribe. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy. The current version is always the one published here, with the date it was last updated shown at the top. Where a change is significant, we will tell you by email.
